By downloading or using Fitness Master, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use of the App
- Fitness Master is provided for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking purposes.
- You must be 13 years or older to use this app.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to manipulate XP, leaderboards, or other game mechanics through unauthorized means.
2. User Content
- You retain ownership of data you enter (workout logs, routines, personal records).
- By using the app, you grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
- You must not enter false, misleading, or abusive content.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
- Fitness Master is a fitness tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
- Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions.
- We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health condition arising from use of the app.
4. Location & Apple Watch Data
Location access is used solely for real-time distance and pace tracking during active outdoor workouts. Location is never stored as a raw GPS route — only the derived mileage is saved. You may revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings.
Apple Watch integration uses HealthKit to read heart rate and calorie data during workouts, and WatchConnectivity to sync Watch-initiated workout summaries to your iPhone account.
5. Fitness Tokens & Rewards
- Fitness Tokens and XP are virtual in-app rewards with no monetary value.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
- We reserve the right to modify the reward system at any time.
6. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitness Master is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
